Refund Policy

No Refund Policy - Spas Direct

This No Refund Policy ("Policy") is applicable to all purchases made from Spas Direct. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. General Policy

a) No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you have simply decided you no longer want the product.

2. Exceptions

a) Statutory Rights: This Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product is faulty or not as described.

b) Warranty Claims: If the product is covered under warranty and meets the warranty conditions, please refer to our Warranty Policy for further information.

3. Cancellation of Orders
